Some of the necklace's medallions, which depict various religious figures, are embellished with a white gold filigree frame. An additional medallion featuring the Madonna, with the DOLCE&GABBANA logo on the back, has been added to the final link on the adjustment chain, while an oval tag, also featuring the logo, is placed beside the closure.
