Ruby red colored, Cuordilava presents a bouquet of small red fruits accompanied by spicy notes that blend with typical hints of undergrowth. On the palate it is broad and deep, characterized by well-integrated tannins and elegant mineralitythe long finish enhances its extraordinary personality.
Ideal with legumes and mushroom dishes and red meats. Serve at 18 °C.
